If Gepps bring their A game which has turned up on a few occasions this season, they'll win by 10. :ympray: :ympray: :-l

Wasn't their A game but a very good effort. Second quarter with 8 goals was first class and a 7 goal win would do me all day, every day! :ymapplause:

Ace ,Ace,Ace, have you given in to the "powers that be " [i hope not and think not ]
1st half was very good , 2nd half was marred by selfish acts by certain players who undermined the team play and ethic by the majority of the players and that is not taking away from the PD players who lifted their effort in the second half.
good come back by PD ,but certainly put themselves out of the contest in the 1st by missing some [lots ] ' getable' shots going with the breeze.
gepps would have missed C.McLean [ cannot recall seeing him after the 1/4 time break ]
who was a target up forward.
players who impessed....
#11 GX---couple of efforts in the 2nd ,one after the other [ and getting belted by bigger bodies ] just kept at it ,,same in the 4th [ and not much meat on him ]
#9 PD--- not much of him either, but very hard at it , inside or outdside , and excellent disposal , if clear always found a team-mate.
#13 GX--always consistent
#7 & 23 PD ---solid contibutions , esp 23 when he went into ruck and seemed to upset #5 [Hudson ]'s tempo., but Hudson was the standout ruckman all day and was very good in his field play in the last quarter
#4 GX---not for all game effort but for a [IMO ] great effort in the last quarter when PD had the run , he hit the ball hard with 3 bigger PD bodies around him , got the ball forward and resulted in a score against the flow. GX settled after that and got their win

 All the away teams took the choccies today in D1, that's a rarity. Gee there were some good upsets today though didn't see Broadies beating SHOC and TTG getting over Gaza. I feel Henleys win over Goodwood won't mean much if they don't repeat it come finals time and I reckon they can. Also good to see Gepps get on the winners list after a tough time of it lately.

I think you know me better than that! ;) I thought #20 Gepps(A Stengle) did well but he didn't get a mention.

Great result for the Tigers yesterday, played well and pressure was great. It was blowing a gale down there. Stubbie holder was in use to keep my hand from freezing over, bloody cold. $4 for a piece of steak on 1 piece of bread too, bit rich!!!

Gone ok as far as i know, i know he kicked some goals early in the year. I think he played B's last week but he's definately in the A grade squad.
