I'm thinking 8 goals is worth at least either 2 poached or boiled, 3 sunnyside up or 6 scrambled. Take your pick! :d

Hard fought game Shirtfront, As expected PNU took it all the way up to us. Game not decided until late in last qtr. Supporters on the outer hill had a great time as usual.
Umpiring shocking for both sides and very confusing. Nathan Brown made a great impression in his first game with 4 goals.

Big game this week with Heritage round for the club against Port District.

Premiership reunions for 7 teams

1930 A1 NAFDA First Premiership (Might be hard to any one alive from that side)
1970 JUNIOR COLTS NAFDA
1980 U/16
1980 A7
1980 A1
1990 A1 RES
1990 A7 RES

The club is wearing the jumper we wore from 1972 - 1980 for the day with the jumpers to be auctioned after the game. Tired Tigers will be out in force for the day on the hill as well as Sponsors Day. Should be a huge day for the club.

Thanks FE, thought it wouldn't be that close but sounds like a good game. Look forward to this week and catchin up with a few old friends back at the hunting ground.

Looks a good side on paper and they play there home ground pretty well. Although Broadies will be confident after there big win against Salisbury last week.

Big call Chocko, big call.

I wasnt too far off the mark there... great game played in great spirits. Could have gone either way really, wasnt over till the last quater . Great too see a big crowd out there too with the triple header.. Once again though, vary ordanary umpiring. A few shocking calls which went both ways.

agreed. at least though they were relatively consistent, and didn't affect the result of the game though.

Yes the umpiring was enough to make me spew personally ;) However as mentioned it in no way favoured one team as it surely left both sets of supporters a little befuddled at times. A heart breaking loss for the Falcons as they loked the goods for most of the day but it wasnt to be as Broadies put together a stunning last quarter much to the supporters on Motorboat mounds distress. It was a touch dissapointing to be given the double bird by an ex AFL listed player who shall remain nameless  (SC)

The salute wouldn't have been caused by the Muppets on the Balcony who bag everything & everyone including their own Ladies who thought Ladies Day was a load of crap.

One of the Muppets was insensed that he couldn't see out of the window because of the Ladies Day Posters and promptly took it down and complained that every day is ladies day. Not a happy Muppet.

The name Muppet was given to this group of ex Norwood Union blokes by their own members.

They whinge about everything like the two old guys in the balcongy on the "Muppet Show"
