Can't believe you guys are trying to pick Assoc medalists before a shot is even fired. It's a bit like picking a gold medalist at the Olympic games with people who havn't qualified. :D

lockleys inside 5 goals of w south is paying nicely with the bookies.

are lockleys no good? i haven't been able to see them mentioned in amongst all the c united/ m lakes/w south trading updates.

Clifford not playing round 1, so the odds could drop. :)

This better for you Woody South guys

Just commenting on a team I know something about.. I just said that I didn't think Stubberfield will get near the association. In the team he is in he would be lucky to poll one vote all year I reckon. Just my opinion.

Rayner will win it by the length of the straight. You don't play SANFL footy for no reason.

Not so sure. A couple of years ago when Rayner was at Woody Sth he only polled 2 or 3 votes. Then went on to play League footy the following year.

I reckon if you want to try to pick a medal favourite, go with proven vote getters. Was it O'Gorman who won the D7 medal last year? If so I would be putting some money there.

Yes and in 2010 he was leading at the half way mark of the count by quite a bit before he got injured and missed half the year also. Proven vote getter and is a Captain so I'd suggest he'd be up there again provided he stays injury free.

I think Liam Davis is a fair bet, very eye catching (at least that's what the ladies say ;) )

I'm sure you watched plenty of Div 5 footy last year but I do like your arguement that Div 6 is a better standard than Div 5

Do you think a div 6 side would beat a div 5 reserves side?
