last years B grade coach Shannon Vansoest i think thats his name is in the box seat to take the job if james doesn't get it.
from what i hear james is a long shot at the moment.

And I will do that, not adverse to apologising if or when wrong.
I was also told in the same breath that we've signed Norsworthy from Centrals, so I'm out of the loop at my own club. :(
Maybe they're trying to tell me something! ;)

I would be surprised if this is true.

anybody from broadview know a former player, A.Atherton, what sort of player was he, heard he was good and heaps of games. Just trying to find out for someone that knows him as he keeps telling everyone how good he used to be (as most retired players do) or to see if he is full of sh!t.

Andy was a great player for the club

360+ games for the club
Multiple B & F
Premiership Captain
Grand Final Coach
Club Leading Goal Kicker
Played B,C,D& E Grade for the club.

Came out of retirement this year after 2 years to help our newly reformed D grade which is mostly made up of deaf players to get thier one and only win for the year.

Eastwood Football Club 1982-83
Broadview Football Club 1984-90
Gaza Football Club 1991
Broadview Football Club 1992-2006 & 09

Played over 400 games in total in the SAAFL

Played all positions on the field but mainly on-ball, H/F & F/F.

And loyal club man and good bloke as well
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

I would like to congratulate Shannon Vansoest on being appointed the TTG A Grade Coach for season 2010.

'Goose' has been a fantastic ambassador for the club for many years. He has Captained the club for 4 years, is a 3 time Amateur State player and a 2 time All Australian Amateur League player and has coached our B Grade for the past 3 years.

His level of commitment and enthusiasm is second to none, and we could not be happier that he has accepted the role as A Grade Coach.

BD, had to put this on prior to going to golf.

Congrats to Shannon, a terrific lad who I have no doubt will do a great job at the TTG helm if his coaching prowess is anything like his playing ability.
A great appointment for the Gullies, showing faith in one of their best.

By jingo I think you're right.
Wait till I get near the neighbour's Jack Russell, he'll finish up in One Tree Hill with kick in the ring he's about to get for giving me a "bum steer'.
And as for the postie, I'll string a wire between the letterbox and the fence post, that should do enough damage to the lying little pr^ck! It'll ringbark his throat with some luck. ;)
That'll teach him I reckon! :D
