that is a joke about seaton, i can't believe Tank got the job there, he isn't a good coach and can't work with anyone else seaton should have gone for Luke the couger Hosie, he knows the amatuer league inside and out sure he is ugly but knows what is going on, looks like Seaton will be back in div 2 in 2009, good choice...

Hero,where have you gone?
I have one for you,as I was told first thing thismornin Seatons A1 coach for 2008 will be "tank" Thompson.
Assistants not finalised as yet,tho Karpluk was his assist last year & would probably get the job.
My mail aswell is Luke Hosie,Hodgey's assist from previous years is being wooed by Thompson.Interesting that one as apparently Thompson found him hard 2 work with at times during the year & elected not 2 sit in the box with him at some games.
He now realises the experience & knowledge Hosie has as an assistant & knows he can't do without him.Well he's gonna have 2,as Hosie refused the job.

Im still here FM, unlike some people on the site, I actually work and have a life outside of posting on these forums. Couldn't think of anything more boring than sitting at the computer waiting to see if someone replies to a post made on here.
And the more i read i think u are one of these "types".

Will be good to see what sort of job Thompson does, after the late start with recruiting and and planning, will be interesting to see how the people at Seaton handle the very long and hard year ahead.

For someone who doesnt know Hosie, you seem to know a lot about the knowledge and experience the he posseses. Mybe Hodges listened too much to that knowledge in the GF and cost himself and the Seaton supporters a long awaited Premiership instead of choking like usual.
You can be a hero, Just like me...

FM i think you are jumping the gun a little bit. From what I saw of both teams during the year I thought Seaton had the better team. Yes they may have lost a few players to Districts ( I think - 3 ) but the players they recruited more than compensated for them. I think that Districts really deserved the win in the end as they were the harder working team and there coach got them to gel together creating the right balance.

From what I have seen of Seaton over the past 3 - 4 years I belive that the team they had last year was the best for a long time and that they didin't achieve there full potential!

Seaton had a great midfield and foward line but were let down by their backmen. Their ruck is a gun, has he played league?

FM you a very defensive person. You sound like that bloke that was writing on here earlier Klinsmacan, who was defensive to everthing everyone wrote regarding Seaton.
Mate I am not even tied up with Seaton but, if you are a real club man you would get behind your coach now in Tank and show him your full support instead of getting on a website like this and writing smut. All you are doing is showing that Seaton does not have a united front!

Mate, if everyone towed the line there would never be anything interesting on here. The only experience I have had with this Hosie bloke is watching him swap numbers with one of our players before we played them. This player then tried to take on everyone that game, my guess is about 40 bounces in total with a 6 bounce run before got nabbed kicking out from a behind.

Did he hit the target?

Nah, said he got tackled. Got around about 9 blokes first though.

Seaton will be back in div 2 after next season so you guys nmay aswell start writing back on that thread now, have any of you guys got Marc Cox number i want to try and recruit him, that way he can play under someone who can get something out of him, i don't think that will happen at Seaton this year!!! Perhaps if Hodgy was still there...

As for Hosie anyone got his number i'll recruit him aswell hahaha Andy you really don't know what you are talking about, Hosie is about 16 stone over weight, and looks like Barrie the couger Dawson, he wouldn't know how to bounce a football hahaha the last touch he got was probably the new seaton coach trying to keep him on next year....
