If I pop into the shops tomorrow, I might sneak a look at SPOS and Mitchell Park on the way home.

Gong to be interesting as to how good Salisbury West is tomorrow and the difference from when i played against them last year lol.

What was the deal with the Paralowie PIRATES nickname

I have heard a few of there cricketers mention this a few times was it a unofficial nickname or something

hahaha yeah, was just a few of us loved the sound of the name and the jokes that went along with it. We actually used the name officially one year playing cricket in the churches league haha

And won the flag!

My lad plays cricket at Prospect and they are the pirates (which I didn't know) and have a bell hanging in the club which each captain has to get up and ring after a win.
I thought it was a bit corny but good for a laugh. Not that is has any relevance to DIv 7 footy.
