Unless its Woodville south playing then you deal out a hiding to a side two divs up from you.

Catters, on the flip side which is clearly what woody sth showed, I'd say the Div 4 side rested many or had the same unavailable. OR youve recruited really well and are on the up. Coz in general you got more chance of hell freezing over than Div 6 fixing up Div 4,

Gave them a fair old touch up.. To the tune of 15 goals apparently. First time we have played at full strength. That being said it counts for nothing if we don't get a win against lockleys in two weeks time

I would tip Para hills to be in division 5 in 2013.

Final score Mitchell Pk 18 11 Mawson Lakes 14 8. Special thanks to Riddler and all at the Lakers for a great day with the game played at high intensity and great spirit. And cheers for leaving your best 8 or so at home to make us look good. The day was all about help for our juniors future and would not have been possible without you being there. Good luck in 2012 from all at the den.

With disappointing performances on the weekend from both CU & Mawson Lakes will this see their odds blow out? I also heard CLG & Trinity were very impressive in their trial games, will their odds shorten now? One thing remains the same though and that's Woodville South are that far ahead of everyone else it's not funny smashing a Div 4 team.

I woudn't read too much into Mawson lakes "bar20". They had a lot of very good players watching from the sidelines. :D

Thanks for hosting us Yank Man it was a great day to be apart of and we wish you and Mitchell Park all the best for the season ahead. Not sure however what you're talking about with us having so many players out, we were full strength ;)

Can there be a general comment for trials that every club can access which reads....
"Yeah we had heaps out and you cant take a lot out of a trial"
Hate that frigging comment about every trial.

Obviously Lakes depth is a little depleted, but thats okay! Why do they have their "guns" outs so close to the season? surely you'd wanna see the best 21 have a run.
Mitchell Park .... well done lads, a win is a win is a win.

Woody Sth would not be getting to ahead of themselves because with the mass exedus from Para Hills an U/16 would have given em a run for their money!

Trinity are a good young side who play a competitive style of footy, but were beaten by a side who played finals in a Div above no matter who trinity had missing.

I think when ya loose a trial that last thing you should say is "yeah but we had a few out" that excuse for me is garbage.

You take it as good learning and maybe an ego and reality check.

After losing to Woodville South in our trial game on the weekend, we have decided to write this year off and start planning for our clash against Woodville South for 2013. Woodville South will win the flag and go up and we will get relegated and come down..
