Good hit out for the Beth today. Bs won by a couple goals after not scoring a goal til the 3rd quarter

A's won easily as expected. 12 goals i think. All the Gawler South boys starred. And with Benny H and 3 other 1st choice midfielders not playing still plenty of room to improve, especially defensively. Donnelly looked very dangerous at Full Forward. nevermind he kicked into man on the mark 5metres out  I prob laughed a bit harder than a goal umpire should :p

Ul have to excuse me all the new names at club im still confused as to whos who still lol.
I goal umpired the A grade so didnt get familar with the names like i was doing when running water for the Bs. Im tryin to think who wore #27 in Bs. Numbers were all over the place today, i think this week nominations for numbers is open i heard.

Oh and have to give a special mention to Nugget Ellis who returned from a trip to Sierra Leone and then through Europe, returning thursday then coming out and playing 5-6 quarters all day including the last half of the Bs where he came on and completely turned game around. as i said we hadnt kicked a goal til 3rd quarter, then from his drive out of middle and around half forward got us over the line.

But lastly. The biggest shock of the day! Goto the canteen and they only had Balfours pies!!! Sad sad day :(

Better get used to it mate. Apparantly the CFB are about to sign an exclusive sponsorship agreement with Balfors and the amateurs will be forced to only sell their pies, pasties and cakes. Just like SAB beer agreement, but this will effect every afilliated league including you blokes. Ok for me. I like Balfours :D
