Hey Boozehound- how bad were Salisbury West against you blokes on the weekend. I expected you guys to atone your loss against Kilburn with a big win but I have a feeling that they could easily capitulate this season.

Against Igs a month or so ago they didnt even try to win playing two or three blokes loose in their backlines.

Could this be the start of a downward spiral for a "much loved" club like Salisbury West.

Long story short, our boys were quite good for four quarters and they were poor with the exception of Mcintyre. No cattle and won't win another game this year for mine...Sorry S/west fans. Mind you they went about a difficult week for the club quite well.

Is that Daryl (DJ) McIntyre? He was one of my U18's...great kid..talented footballer.. If the club wants to rebuild they need great young kids like him and Lukey Curtis and for them not to be sucked into the "traditional" style of SW play.

I trust your counting more than boozehound's. Especially when it comes to how many goals he's kicked!

I think everyone would have the same tips as you hanno.

Big game for us Saturday night. Triple header with the As under lights. '78 and '88 premiership reunions. The mound men are starting to multiply.

Iggies and EP obviously the match of the round. Not sure who will get the job on Rolfe from EP, I don't think they have anyone athletic enough (unless they are willing to move boozehound from full forward). I will contradict myself and tip Iggies. Rolfe making the difference and big Carlo (and his big mouth, he likes a chat during the game) having a big one before he goes overseas.

Shrek, the Eastern Park v Igs game will be a big game. I think most people would rightly tip Eastern Park but there might be a bit of emotion in the game for Igs. I know they would love to give big Carlo a big send off.

heard Donnally kicked some goals but a sh#t load of points, better get there early tuesday Donners.

No deal Burglar. Match of the round will be Kilburn v Us (Flinders Park)! I think the top 5 has been decided already, and in no particular order are:

Flinders Park
Kilburn
Walkerville
Eastern Park
Iggies

Big call to make after one round mate...

Looks like my round 1 prediction is coming true.

Oops, was wrong, no night game for us. Lucky someone told me!

Spoke to some Flinders Parks boys today. They said Salisbury West are as soft as warm dog poo and that they will kick 30-40 goals on the weekend. Let's hope SW get up and smash them.
