Yeah was there 2 weeks ago before the rain and the oval looks like Footy Park...never seen it in better condition, apparently get the water from the airport so there is no issue there....

You're on the right track though, few players would have been drinking right before a match, but it wasn't uncommon to see half the team getting amongst at the Highlander or Gully on the Friday night and turning up to the game nursing hangovers.

apparently some ppl play better with hangovers :roll: heard that in under 17s alot with sunday matches

The boys played well in patches, but full credit to WC who deserved to win. Once again everything went their way. They tackled really well and their attack on the ball was good. They just seem to lift a cog when they play us...

what a round! some amazing results! makes the anzac day games and the clg v hectoville game on saturday huge!

todays result was a good one for us, however didnt play fantastic footy but will take the points!
brahma lodge fought on all day and when on a roll got the margin back to 4 goals in the 3rd, overan them in the last 1.5 quarters!

b grade were supurb. smashed them
