Pic - i see ole Kevin Mills still trotting around... I thought he was done a few years back, was trotting around in the magoos. Is he playing a specific role in the A's??

The following week will be the one that will set up the rest of the season. No love lost there. Should be an absolute belter. One week at a time though. Rest assured the day will bring out the best and most probably the worst in some others come round 6 at home.....MMMMM really looking forward to that one. ;)

Not sure how this game will set the season up, agreed a strong rivalry but to suggest that the season rests on this one game is a bit over the top.

main concern for us is this weeks game against Golden grove to make sure we come home with the points, then we start thinking about next weeks game, spoken to a few lads from opposing sides that really rate G&G, the advantage G&G have is that not a lot of teams no anything about them, as i know my club has never played against them

Not over the top at all. We have had slow starts for the past few years and to make sure we string more than 2 wins is pivotal. It is a season shaping game for us. We must win both. Yeah the cliche of week at a time comes in but you must always think about the next week as well. IMO.

Last year and previous to that he was even named in C grade a couple of times. He looked down and out last year when he had the talent but to be completely honest (as ive known the guy fopr over 20 years closley) was lazy. Came out to pre season for the early start last year in November. Looked proppy. Had the Xmas break and must have been smacking the training at home because he was up and about looking great. Has played a couple of avearge games but his size and presence aroud the ground is an advantage. He's doing alright mate and should keep going if he keeps his head in it.

Early in the year eg trials and so on was playing Full back and was doing so really well as he has size on his side and also is very athletic for a big guy, at the moment been pinch hitting were we need a big body as we are a touch light on in that department, when his confidence is up he can do great things its just a matter of it staying up

Agree whole heartedly, i think the editor of this budget might be playing funny buggers

Read to me as serious. Thought Lippo might have been writing the articles in the Budget, but then realised that both he and Wareing can not write and have trouble reading.

you sounds like your taking this out on T.Lipson because of the trauma and dissapointment his Older brother Allan caused to your club over the past few weeks :D , before someone else brings it up this should be moved to the Poorland vs Ca$h Haven thread if its still alive

Just had a quick look through the Tipping thread and it appears most people are picking seaton over mitcham this week, i understand that seaton are yet to lose a game but i would have thought mitcham still would have gone in favourites, im sure there not bothered by being the underdogs

Seeing both teams play this year i would think Mitcham would win easy.

You Portland lads crack me up. Premiership favourites the whole summer, Premiership favourites in your own lunch hours, but struggle to win games of football. All good fun as you keep talking yourself up again this year for another fall during September. No Ca$h Haven for any club on the Peninsula and more money at Portland, not Poorland as you tried to point out. Who is going to read the street directory to get you blokes out to Golden Grove tomorrow. Could be interesting unless you have a satellite navigation system and even then one of you would have to know how to use it.

Think you maybe going a little over the top here Davo, time to start leaving those light bulbs alone mate, the Ca$h Haven vs Poorland thread reverts back to a few years ago on this site were there was a fair bit of FRIENDLY banter between the 2 clubs

I could understand them starting favourite... Seaton are up and about, and playing at home....imo Seaton play their home ground extremely well, and is tough going there as an opposition side.

All this coming from a clown that doesnt have the balls to say what club he or most probably SHE is from or supports. 2 and 2 and we are struggling to win games. Obviously they dont teach people how to watch read or partake in football at Bedford.

I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet
