How are they gonna go when Carlo goes O/S?

We are not looking forward to that, but we are playing home games out of Dubai next year.

In mankinis, which will give new meaning to the term "jellybeans"

Think old iggies will struggle without big carlo rely to much on him in ruck and around ground big loss. How long is he o/s for?

I've seen some pretty expensive "dolls". Wouldn't pay that much once they were second hand if you get my drift.

Yeah he got a bit like that during our question time.

Funny bloke and the charity the guernsey money goes to is very worthwhile, The Alana Madeleine foundation for Teen suicide...he's pretty passionate about it.

Bastards! They started the bidding at $300 for us. That is funny. I'm pretty sure one of the guys who bought it reads this too. Maybe they stopped the bidding at $300 for you guys because they didn't want to be carrying around that much cash at Eastern Park.

EP kicked 32 goals, surely the great boozehound must have been on the end of a couple. How many did you kick? It's not on the SAAFL page.

Kilburn certainly looked like the real deal on the weekend. Igs were with them up until 3/4 time but Kilburn seemed to have the edge all day and ran away with the game in the last.

I thought they played with alot of discipline, worked hard and have plenty of quality all over the ground.

Impressed me more than Eastern Park but probably havent been as consistent as the Parks...

By the way Shrek, you've been pretty quiet on the forums today considering Kilburn had a very good win against Old Igs on the weekend.

It wouldn't have anything to do with you only winning the solitary hit-out for the day (I only know this because I take hit out and centre clearance statistics for Old Igs)?

Of course, I am assuming you were Kilburn's ruckman on the weekend...

Ha ha, thought I got a couple more than that. I had a quiet day but am obviously not normally a ruckman. Did get a couple more kicks than your ruckman though.

Don't really feel the need to talk about us anyway.

I thought that would wake you up from your slumber...

Hey Boozehound- how bad were Salisbury West against you blokes on the weekend. I expected you guys to atone your loss against Kilburn with a big win but I have a feeling that they could easily capitulate this season.

Against Igs a month or so ago they didnt even try to win playing two or three blokes loose in their backlines.

Could this be the start of a downward spiral for a "much loved" club like Salisbury West.

Salisbury West might be struggling this year but at least they have got rid of a couple of knobs. The game against us was played in good spirits and there were no idiots just out to fight. At least now they can try to rebuild.

Yes Shrek i was there
Enjoyable game, and played in good spirits by both sides
Yes Orts the big Shrek was beaten in the RUCK, but he had many more marks and touches around the ground than the Dinosaur had, he is a big lad your guy.
Hey Orts i also heard your coach is on his way back to Kilburn, heard he wants to work with Kilburn's Coach again

Maybe Robo can convince Ocker to come out to Igs instead although I dont think we could afford him...

Full credit to him though. To be able to build a quality side from scratch couldnt be easy no matter what your budget is.

I heard occker was offered whatever he got at Barossa a sponsor would match
So yes would be talking big money
Understand he come back to Kilburn for about half he was getting at Barossa
So maybe he is affordable, and you have down allright out of Kilburn allready
Stewart and Dorian
His ability to bring a heap of players together and mould them is incredible
add the fact that he has lost captain, centre half back, ruckman and another on baller before season started
You can do no harm by asking him the question, but i " think " he has agreed to a 2 year deal, but knowing him there would be a get out clause
I dont think he and the Chairman and got over their past as yet
