I've seen in the clearances the a T. Smits has had his clearance approved to go to St Paul's. I wonder what made this happen. Knowing he's played a lot of years with the old ST Paul's / Mawson Lakes FC and has mates out there still. I wonder if any of his mates will go with him.

Is it to early to predict a top 5? I'll go in no particular order. Lonsdale, Marion, Houghton, TTG with Mawson Lakes edging out Central United by percentage. Looks a cracker of a back end to the season. A lot of "4 point games" to come. Looking forward to the next 2 games to see were we're really at.

Whoever can jag a win against Lonsdale in the back 9 will likely secure second spot

St Pauls are constantly written off as serious challengers but they just keep on winning. Now sitting 3rd and their scalps include Houghton, Marion and Mawson Lakes. Huge couple of weeks for the Lions facing Marion and St Pauls to finish off the round.

Would be great to see the bros reunited.

Looking at the clearances Mawson Lakes also appear to have been quite active of late..

This would then indicate some sort of big occasion brewing, like a milestone. ;)

Game of the week coming up. Tea Tree Gully Vs Houghton in the reserves. Will be a good test to us to see how we can adjust to a similar side to ours. Hopefully we can get the win. Looking forward to the game. Go Raiders!!!

****. I'll retract the part of both sides being un-defeated. Still going to be a test for us to see how we sit.

I'd expect Houghton to win comfortably tbh. Lions had a more balanced side on the weekend and our best footy is still ahead of us. With over 50 players used so far i don't think we have gone close to playing our best 21 yet....

I have really enjoyed the reserves comp this year, other than Flinders and Houghton we've had competitive games every week and our boys are loving it.
