Any news from the Houghton / Trinity game?? Saw Houghton was beaten by 10 Goals but had just 1 less scoring shot. Was the game as 1 sided as it looked on paper or did Houghton have a smuch of the play and just not kick straight??

Well done to Mitchell Park on the weekend. The game was played in good spirits, with only 1 send off which I didnt see. They played the game right out to the finish and never stopped trying. Hopefully they can get a couple of wins on the board this season. Good to see quite a few of them pop in for a beer afterwards as well.

All due respect to our opponents thus far, but we haven't beaten anyone who's up and running yet. In saying that i'd expect Trinity and Paralowie to significantly improve along with Ingle Farm if they can get their best side on the paddock.

CLG and Lockeys are clearly the two most likely so far with Kenilworth and West Croydon a notch behind AT THE MOMENT. It's a looong season and premierships aren't won in April.

Anyway, well done to West Croydons A's and B's yesterday, i'd say it's been a few years since we got the double two weeks in a row...definately a first in my time coaching there.

Very diplomatic BK13

Can you two boys please stop using big words, you're going to confuse everyone.....

Haha...I'm gonna stop be i confuse myself!

so maybe what people where saying about the coach is true even with average players you should not get pumped like that week in week out

Maybe other stories about Lads could be true, angry incidents on the road, misplaced mobiles & picking private stock orders, all could be true "Lads", let's stick to facts. Which ARE true?
For IF, over 18 + potential A Grade players injured & unavaible for selection, no bench due to injury after 1/2 time & several carrying injuries for duration of game, doesn't leave many options, have to to do what you can with what you have got.

Which of the above are truths for you or does the old adage ring true "once you've had Black......"

What would YOU as a spectator do Lads? What is your expert & accredited coaching experience?

Exactly what I thought.....Nil, just sucking piss & mouthing off on the hill in a division that you would never have had the ability to play let alone coach!

Sure sometimes there are difficult times on the field, we've seen that in AFL over the last few weeks. Saint Kilda finished strongly against the Pies a few weeks back with no bench players and injuries on the field. They won that game through skilled coaching and determination by the players.

Targeting Lads with your venom seems strange to me Real, he simply cut and pasted scores and made a passing comment, one which seems to be gaining momentum from the people I speak to. Nothing wrong with enjoying yourself at the footy (or sucking piss on the hill according to you), and everyone's entitled to an opinion- expert or otherwise.

IF are in real trouble. I suspected their season would be disappointing and I'm on record saying as much before the season began. The constant barrage of excuses does nothing for the club, players or it's supporters.

Trinity were good, I won't take that away from them, and we gave Spurr far too much space. We did also throw away any chance of a comeback with poor kicking at goal. Trinity got the jump on us in the first half and were a few goals up into the main break. We absolutely dominated the third quarter, but only kicked two goals...and eleven points! Not good enough. Plenty of room for improvement all over the ground, unfortunately we have dropped two games at home, but it is early days yet and with lots of news faces in the A Grade there is still plenty of familiarising to do.

Looking forward to a tough test against Lockleys. I don't think we have ever won there and although we'll be rank underdogs, I think we'll enjoy the fight.

Mitchell park wil be in the gun, and the other spot is between Ingle Farm / Henley.

What about Houghton? Dropped two home games and nearly lost the other to Ingle Farm? Surely the question mark cloud must be hovering over as well? :P

Bulldogs understood the "ketting"......it was the pumped bit that confused him. Old Fullback, if you want Bulldogs to understand what you mean, you have to mis-spell every word, not just every second word

Would be one of the lowest points in the clubs history and a real disappointment for the people that busted their ass to get the club to div 4 not so long ago. Hopefully they can keep their heads above water this year and go on from there

tbh..the IF team i saw this year in round 1 was actually worse than last years imo..in saying that there isnt much the coach can do..he has no cattle..but..this raised my eyebrows..first game of the year..a chance for a new start..the A grade coach is playing in the B grade..no problem there..but he only comes off the ground with 5 minutes to go in the game..they are getting pumped and have no hope of winning..my question then is..why did he stay on the ground?..they had reserves..why isnt he in the rooms getting the boys ready?..instead they wondered around like browns cows..i found that to be very curious behaviour..and there maybe a great reason why that i am not privvy to..i also think mitchell park is slightly worse..so there is hope for a win this year for IF..

I think you will find Tyson and Adrian are still TOSSERS but Michael is playing basketball, big loss for Keith as he can really play.
