well tommo aint been with our club for some yrs now he is currently the coach of gummeracha ..as for us at CU the club has come along way in past couple of yrs on and off the field to be more family and spectator friendly. of course there are some players & spectators that blow there top on the field & off but wat team doesnt have em ,we as a club have very strict discipline rules in order for players that now break club conduct rules on and off the field, 3-5 yrs ago we were a club proberly more focused on the body rather than the ball ,but now with new coaches , comittee & players we try hard 2 make that a thing of the past and focus more on the game itself .... :D

Have a hell of alot of respect for Barnsey (if this is the Paralowie Barnsey that you are talking about) and I think that he is a massive pickup for Central United. All the best to him I hope he has a great year.

Massive pick up! If he gets good delivery he will cause teams some serious headaches this season!

barnesy will play tomorrow, selected in the Bs, there are no expectations of his form, he has missed lots of footy due to serious injury in recent seasons, hasnt played this year anywhere and will be better just for the run, very happy he chose to play at UNITED...

Welcome aboard bagster to the forum :) When i spoke to him at North Haven in rd 1, he was talking about playing there because he lives across the road. Wonder why he changed his mind? It is good to see him back at the units and I think you find his form will be good in the latter part of the season when he gets a bit touch and fitness back. Just what you need is more depth to cover for any injury's you received late in the year and now all you need to do his get Daley, Mills & Vandglesson back playing in the two's bagster.

Congratulations Barnesy. Nice way to ease yourself back into footy in the CU B grade with a lazy 11 goals. :)
