How's the squad looking for tomorrow deeman? Your new recruits suiting up?

Good to hear you're still getting new players on board so late. We've got a full side (25) assuming they all show up!!

thats our problem as well
three pulled out when they found out the time of game ,probably knowing they still wont be home
wont look like the team thru the year but will be great for the club just to field over thirteen players which was the most they got for a game last year

Will be more then a handy pick up! Would of been a permanent A grader over the last few years if he trained more often IMO, will add some flair to the squad.

Is that the bloke with the bald head? I think he may have played at Hope Valley at some stage during his junior career. But I'm not 100% certain

No, he is a small skinny forward pocket/winger. Very handy around goals, and quick.

looking forward to todays trial
first test for our club
not in how we play, win ,loose or represent ourselves but in the fact that the club has been unable to field a complete team in nearly two years
excited by the prospect and the rebirth with the new playing group and club

Good luck today deeman and everyone else playing at Ovies, don't get too caught up in results or performance, you've already taken giant steps towards restoring and stabilising a great club. Enjoy the day, and the moment.
Just by getting a full side on the field today, you have already won! ;)

Was good to get kick today and even have a few shots on goal although the accuracy needs alot of work.
Was a good hit out for the lads played in good spirits for the entire game.
Good luck to the Hope Valley Cs for the rest of the year.

today was the first time the ovingham football club haveplayed under my coaching and it was a pleasure to travel out to hope valley
it was a good hit out and the club prefomed well with some very pleasing displays
to meet about 5 players for the first time this morning was not the best start to a season but they all preformed well
this is the first time in acouple of seasons that we have not only fielded more than 14 players but in the end we had 21 from start to finish
with 8 players still to come in we are in a good position to have a positive season
hope valley showed us today where we need to get to as a club by not only their preformance but the whole way they run their club
alot of other clubs should take the time to travel down to valley road and learn how a club should operate,we certainly learnt alot
as for us the season starts this saturday and the rebirth of the ovingham football club begins
well done to all concerned today
we stand as one
we fight as one
we win and lose as one
we are one
