20 cents says O'Donovan doesn't line up for Scotch in the A's with a broken arm and Ben Johnston comes up from their B grade considering he is one of their top half dozen players.

Why do you care what other teams do and don't do ??? If you're planning your game plan and strategy around Sporting Pulse you'd better have a 'Plan B'....
I'll take that 20 cent bet too.... O'Donovan is one tough cookie !!

Jetters if you watched Johnston last week in the B's and I know you were there why would Scotch not promote him? Clearly the best big man on the ground and did things in the wet most players couldn't do in the dry.

I would suggest most on here would like to see the Unley B grade get their pants pulled down by Elizabeth (thanks Johno) ......hmmmm I wonder what will be said if that happens........uuummm better team? we had a bad day ? injuries got us ? or nuetral bloody umps :-k

Choccies, come on mate. Clearly Jetters has just pointed out that they aren't planning their game plan around Sporting Pulse by pointing out all the obvious changes to the Scotch team. Yet somehow you have managed to put words in his mouth, imbecile.

However if you think that any team goes into a game without glancing at the other teams sheet then you are misinformed, or they are badly coached. That still doesn't mean that it will change Unley's 'game style'.

I think coaches will often name a random team to pump up their own self importance, so that they can feel like they are having a greater effect on things than they actually are through their 'mind games'. What a load of bs

Ehhh whatever, you can 'troll' like a 14 year old virgin all you want. And of course there are nerves, it's a final. Also I know for a fact some coaches like the thought of pulling one over the other teams eyes and looking like a hero. No, I'm not referring to troy hall either. Enjoy your holidays choccies!

Scotch by 7 goals over Jets.
Cahill about 15 marks and 5.6. If he'd kick straight would've won by 10-12.
Disappointing for Jets.
Jets easy in Bs and Cs today.

Salisbury West easily by about 7 goal as well.

Umpiring standard for a final is very poor both ways. Surely they put some thought into where they send them?

Being a neutral supporter, went out and watched jets v scotch...very interesting game of footy..Scotch were in control for the entire game and never looked like losing. On watching I think scotch would be able to match it with some of the top 5 sides in div 3. Unley on the other hand, skills wise didnt look like a minor premiership side. After speaking with some of the jets players, they were pretty confident coming into this game and thought they had the game/premiership in the bag and were looking forward to coming up to Div 3. It might be a tough week next week for them aswell after losing to Salisbury by 8 goals only a few weeks ago.

Unley were not impressive. Play next week like they did today and they'll be the laugh of the saafl. No pressure jets..
