The oval is looking a treat, fair bit of rain on it today, but she drains well...

Been very tight-lipped SJABC
I would say that they will bring up quite a few from their U18 premiership side from last yr but other than that pretty quiet

Thanks Ash Man. Will go and have a squiz as I live next to the Oval.

I think Nathan Bevan is playing for them. Played for SMOSH IIRC a few years ago...

They have a young squad from what I've seen when they are training, and the 18's
have had a couple of premierships so some of the kids can play..

Hopefully they go alright !!

I'm nosey and I've been snooping around, sorry can't reveal sources. Seems you'll have quite a bit of height this year.

For the Valley lads, how many games is the player with OP going to be sidelined for?

Seems like your "source" is only good for pies and pasties (or maybe quiches)

Which is strange really since alot of journo's actually read this site. More so in sanfl section but still nothing stopping the sportsbeat bloke coming on for a look. might make his or her job easier.

Clearly this bloke hasn't been on the div 6 link and he obviously isn't the slightest bit interested in our competition. He should be embarrassed to put his name to it

Thats why he doesnt put his name to it he is "The Insider"
Obviously he hasnt been "inside" this site or any club for a while
Carey Payne in Div 3 has his work cut out for him
According to the #1 journo he is coaching Eastern Park and Flinders Park!!

Well the journo was right, it will be hard coaching both teams. will be interesting when they play each other....;)
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

I doubt my source touches pies or pasties, mostly protein shakes.

Barely a trickle. Everything has been so bone dry, the ground has been sucking harder than the hookers on Hanson Rd :yawinkle: :D

The oval is in magnificent condition, even after being used nine out of the previous eleven days. Should hold up nicely.

I heard their little rover (#5) was having a year off. That came from lockleys players out on the town, but they could have been foxing cos they know he always carves up when he plays HV. Cross, i think his name is?? Little nuggety rover who likes to over-celebrate a goal (even if it's late in the last quarter and the game is lost)
