I passed by Ovingham on Friday night and though it was a quick drive by I def saw T Hillman wearing a Blackfriars geurnsey. Dunno if he has committed but there were rumours of course that he and brother Brad were on the move elsewhere.
when i spoke to Brad a while back he said Trav was very keen to play at Blacks next season however Brad also said he wasn't sure whether he himself wanted to play footy this season.. big loss for blacks if he decides not to play footy!

i believe this is accurate OBB versus rumours to the effect that the hillman's along with 'many' others were leaving for other clubs.

well spotted PD in your drive by. think trav was just having a bit of a run around with a few mates on a nice night.

still a few weeks to go before round 1 so it will be an interesting first A grade team sheet for BOS.

anyone at TOS, is the rd 1 game going to be switched to BOS - i heard this might be the case from the president friday night when i caught up with him.

Trav seemed pretty keen to play when I bumped into him a couple of weeks ago.

Seems the Hillman rumours aren't the only ones which aren't true on here, Malbunka is staying put at Ingle Farm this year also he's not going anywhere.

May take some time for all the players to gel on-field.

Agreed, I think I posted before the game the other night, I think its going to take a few weeks until everyone fully understands the structures, game plans and their roles.
I do however think that their better level of fitness this season will help compensate in the interim until everything clicks.

It was their 1st competitive hit out as a group, this weekend will no doubt see an improvement.

Q

Looking forward to your hospitality this weekend

Try and leave The Lodge's B Grade umpire alone as he is a man nearing his 40th birthday
One thing is for sure that there wont be much running done by him

You will also be deprived of the presence of the great Browny25 due to his cricket Grand Final

Should be a good day for footy, 21 and cloudy. The lads are looking forward to the challenge.

Pretty happy Browny is missing. His new aerodynamic stature would have run me off the park.
