Home ground advantage doesn't mean much, neither does ladder position?!?!
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Some amazing results this week. What happened to the crabs? Both grades failed to trouble the scoreboard. WTF!

Something wrong there, B's scored 5.15 and should have won if we'd kicked straight, A's were 11-12 goal I think.

Don't jump of the Riddler express just yet everyone. The Maestro will have the boys back in form for the the Finals. Just that mid-year lull, before he fires them up again for September. Get on the Riddler Express.

Yep fair to say we've hit a bit of a flat patch down at MLFC which we will turn around soon but the beauty is the sun came up today, we've got another game this week and it's only June. Also need to give some credit to the opposition Central United are a very good "team" no reliance on any 1 individual and will play very deep into September. Game was played in good spirits & after half time they spanked us plain and simple.

Gutsy win by the Glenunga lads...all of a sudden the ladder is very very congested.

2/5 Apparently no one in Div 7 likes their Home Turf :?

The Mawson Lakes Saints hosted the in-form Central United on Saturday in conditions of complete contrast to the previous weeks. The Saints were coming off 2 losses in a row while the Units had won their last 4, and while the spots on the ladder between the two was great, the form was with the lower side which would prove decisive. The First Half was an arm wrestle with both teams defences holding firm and with each team only kicking 4 goals. Lachlan Kennett and Rob O'Gorman were working hard for the Saints in the midfield while Trish's Boy Michael Draper was proving impassable in defence. With a point in it at half time, no one would have predicted the 3rd term, with the culmination of the Saints worst quater for the year and some good running football for the Units saw a 6 goal to nothing 3rd term to effectively end the contest. The Units discipline which had been their Achilles heel in the 1st half (with the best display of Div 7 umpiring seen this year by the Saints) suddenly became a non issue as it's players focused on winning the footy and it's running game from half back. Matthew Herreen and Bernie Bobridge for the Units repelled all Saints attacks, setting up their full forward James Daley who finished with 3 goals. Greg Kells and Draper kept trying to halt the wave of Unit attacks, but with momentum on the Units side saw them run out comfortable winners. The Saints tough run continues when they take on Athelstone at Raggie Land on an oval which hasn't been traditionally a happy hunting ground for them. While Central United's rich from continues in the most even Division 7 Competition seen in years.

Kane Stock was Full Forward and he was lucky to get 2 goals with the goal umpirie handing him one that went over the post.
