Actually.... The new clubrooms are sooooooo far away I couldn't quite make the little boys room last night Jimmy and had to stop short. Right at that spot. ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

GG lads, I've heard there was a motion for a Salisbury v GG weekend on ANZAC Day, with C/D Grades on Saturday and A/B Grade on Sunday, and it has been squashed? Anyone know anything? Would've been a huge weekend for both clubs.

Havent heard anything really Pag. Change of coach a a tighter adminstration at the moment has kept the information to players largley focused on footy at the moment. Choc might no more than mean.

Would have been great. I was injured a missed ANZAC day last year. Would have been a priveledge to play. A game against salisbury would be great. That trial against you lads a while back was good hit out. Ill be completley honest though. If i had to choose one club to play on ANZAC day it would be Greenacres.

Let me make some enquiries but as BB said I think we have set some good traditions with Greenies over the last few years and both teams enjoy the special days and play them with passion. Definitely no love lost between us both but plenty of respect there which you need in those games. Has been a few years since we played our old rivals Salisbury and I'm sure those games this year will be just as passionate. Just glad I don't have to run around that huge Salisbury deck any more ;)

BB, Choccies...I agree totally with your sentiment re the ANZAC day game it would be fantastic if the Grovers and Greenies could 'get it on' for that day, no love lost :-({|= but plenty of respect between the two clubs. Most previous games have been decided by less than 2 goals what more could you ask for??... obviously played at Hicks Park for the fanastic back drop of "home".

Lets do it...get a dragon up ya!! ;)

I believe the Salisbury/GG ANZAC Day game is now off the table from what I've heard, so maybe you guys will get Greenacres?

Im confused about what division our D-Grade are in, looks like we are not in C5 anymore, maybe C6? If that is the case we would have to be favourites for the flag.

And how many Golden Grove D-Grade games did you come watch last year?

Have you been keeping up to date with all the D-Grade off season news ?

In my defence, our D-Grades list has and will improve further in 2010 and the possibilty of going to a lower division its easy to be confident of challenging for the Premiership!
