Thats what I was thinking. If its true I still don't know what one hour is going to achieve, if they need to put measures of this sort in place, why would you place a final here?

Weird fixture, Adel Uni get a home game and the Henley D grade sandbaggers get a home final against Flinders Parks C grade sandbaggers, wtf? :D

yeah, i don't get this

obviosuly we need to see the full league fixture for the weekend, but my guess is Henley D grade is play at home before Henley A Grade, and Adelaide Uni C Grade is playing at home after one of their E Grade (?)

Would be spewing if I was AU, that's a big loss of revenue losing the first game...maybe they got a discount

Good game against North Pines over the weekend.. our poor kicking in the second quarter hurt and North Pines capitalised on that.. pegged it back to 3 points in the third and that was as close as it got.. Good clean game without any real incidents.

Personally from playing against Uni's, Houghton and North Pines fairly recently id say North Pines had the most firepower and were by far the cleanest (skills wise) side we have played.. acknoweldgeing that houghton probably had an off day against us and werent at their absolute best but still I wouldnt be shocked to see North Pines make the GF..

Couple of cracking games coming up id say..

Hey Q was at the club yesterday watching the 18s and someone told me its because we had 3 teams playing at 3 different grounds was the main reason but also Tea tree gully Bs are playing rostrevor at rostrevor and obviosly tea tree gully As are playing @tea tree gully and tea tree gully C or D grade are playing before their Agrade where they would of had the same problem as us with trainers and support staff and all of that going to 3 different grounds. Thats what i was told

It all makes sense now after looking at the fixture :D

Looks like there will be a triple header at University Oval with PAOC there for the first two games.

No Garner on the Smithfield invite list, I read on here that he was a lock.

I know Q thinks Bellman is a shoe in, he wasn't a stand out in all the games that I had seen.

1.

It was an even team effort from what I seen, Meaty's and Webber worked well in tandem up forward although Webber wasn't one-grab marking like I heard he does. Micky Taylor picked up a shit load of clearances and was dangerous around the sticks, Ace's work at ground level was excellent for a big man carrying a few extra kilo's, Garner looked pretty solid in the middle, Micky Lane provided plenty of run from the half back line and would be loving the extra help around the place and Matty Stewart seemed to pop up everywhere.
There will be a lot of vote pinching going on and the two missed games would hurt, I can't see anyone winning it from Smithfield, Lingy has obviously played well throughout to be given an invite, it was a shame he didn't star the day I was there as I haven't seen him play since about under 13's, he wasn't overly blessed with skill back then but had some ticker.

I remember that call wise one, it was pre-season. Going by the weekly best players I wouldn't have money on him but he moved well when I seen him and he's usually not too lippy to the umps.
