What the hell happened to all the U18s from last year?

Not sure. There will probably be 10 or more miss out on the B grade at the start of the season so there will be plenty of numbers, but a few injuries higher up and the trouble starts. By the end of the season our D grade would be severely struggling to fill a side.

That might not be a crazy idea. Bit closer to home and I reckon I look good in green
Internal trial this Thursday. I will pencil you in for a forward pocket.

Dan off a flank?

I think you would struggle to get Dan off the bench without doing a knee or a shoulder :D

Is that confirmed or what you think will happen?

I'm 50% sure that is what will happen ;)

The fixture says that and that is what I have been told by someone in the know.

We haven't even played a game yet! We are hopeful that we will win more games than last year.

Just looked at the fixture and i am surprised that they are having a bye in Div6R. If TTG weren't forced to stay in 6 would this have happened? I cant remember SHOC having to go up into 6 after winning the flag yet they force TTG to go up? Surely there is a team in Div 7 that would want to go up?

I did say back in November that if the league forced TTG to go up to Div 6 it may not be the best solution. I guess it's a difficult juggling act but it seems most C grade teams want as much distance from Div 6 as they can get, firstly SHOC and now TTG.

[quote] Rosies certinaly have pick up some quality player's , but Woody Sth had 9 b graders in that side on the weekend ,and the cats lead for 3 quarters

as far as making the GF , they certinaly are going to have some tough opposition, my tip to make it is , Col light Gardens very unlucky last year , and Mawson Lakes.(The Riddler and he's coaching staff would have learnt a fair bit after last years final's series)

Rosies come into round 1 in good nick, a handful of players either rested or played minimal game time against Woody South, yet they still ran over the top to win comfortably.. Fitness was impressive, as was the ball use and movement.. The only concern to come out of the game was Shaun 'The diff' Jacobsen appearing to re-injure his reconstructed knee twisting to hndball in a contest early in the last quarter.. Another season on the sidelines may beckon for the man, the myth, the diff..

Its been pretty quiet on here for a few day's now. How are all the teams shaping up for round 1? Are everyone going to be near full strength?

No one wants to give anything away.

Are you going to be getting a kick on the weekend Morell or do you have to wait another week for the famous comeback :)

BOS will have a few out due to some trial mishaps but it's only round 1

I will hopefully be having a kick mate but likely playing against Ingle Farm rather than you guys.

Are you coming down? Look forward to having a chat if you are. Get Noske over the line as well.
