Pooraka did not have time to prepare anything that first week and from what i have been told regardless the B grade were always going to keep points the focus was only on the A grade

Why would the A grade be the only side punished. Didn't Salisbury North lose points in the A's, B's and C's? Or is Pooraka's arrangement A grade only?
