3rdred. Excellent turn out but my body has responded with a big "What the f*** man" today.
I think its gonna be pretty important to get some faces out there that we wouldnt expect to see much of before xmas. Ie P-mac, hoks etc. Its pretty obvious we are gonna be working hard and guys as important as they are dont wanna slip behind

True... And I think sometimes it needs a bit of gentle prodding from team mates to get them out on the track...
But it only hurts for a little while... and its definitely worth it if you want to have a good year.

Sounds like a cracker of a night at Harpers Field last night.
70-odd on the track is great to see, and would have been a great sight for Weaves! Sounds like there is a great vibe around the club at the moment.

I'm sure there would be a whole heap of sore bodies this morning that will no doubt be a helluva lot sorer on Thursday morning!

70-odd on the track is great to see, and would have been a great sight for Weaves! Sounds like there is a great vibe around the club at the moment.

I'm sure there would be a whole heap of sore bodies this morning that will no doubt be a helluva lot sorer on Thursday morning!

Was a good night. Skills rusty in parts but generally alot higher standard than what i expected. 70 odd on the first night is a touch shy of last year i think. Im pretty sure we will crack the ton (in total faces appeared) well before xmas. Still lots of Agrader squad members missing. Which is a good and bad sign really.

I was very sore when i posted this morning but actually dont feel to bad now. Answer....foam roll

One thing i was really impressed with was the general lack of screwing around. First night out, you could be forgiven for the voice being down and general chit chat in the lines but the element of focus present was exciting and suprising. Weaves has got the respect of the group instantaneously.

One thing I picked up also BB. Weaves is very strict on the discipline and that was very quickly transferred onto me to instil on the group also. I must say it was a very nervous night for me but I can tell you I'm gonna learn alot very quickly !!
