the c grades reflect the higher grades - in know from last year modbury would have been competitive in c1 - maybe even have made the gf and if they did then ovingham would have been around the place.
1 team sides give me the sheets but i guess overall its better to have a club than no club

You are right c grade sides should be in c1,But pines and wingfield struggled in c2 so would say they would have been bottom2 of c1.On the other hand seen and played abit of footy and Ovies would have won c1 last year with the team they had,so will be good to see Ovies and Pines back in div7 and how wingfield will go being an A grade side in c2 this year

Who are the favourites this year?
I've read the last few pages and it seems they look like the team to beat?

Pretty good turnout with the heat, couple of younger guys that looked like they went alright.

Almost 25 guys in 29 degree heat isn't too bad.The Riddler wrote:Pag wrote:Riddler, I was down Mawson Lakes way last night so stopped in at the oval, parked under the trees next to the driveway and had a look.

Should come and said hello mate.
I wasn't real happy with the turnout, was probably our worse for the year but was still more than our average this time last year.
Yeah have picked up a couple of really young guys straight out of jnrs who i think will fit right in, have the mindset, skill and size to play senior footy straight away.

Smaller kid with the North guernsey and a tall, skinny lad with a red singlet on, both looked like they could play a bit.
I would've come said hello mate, but you looked busy and I was on my way to the pub.
