Fitzroy are a genuinely hard team. Mitcham relied on their skills a bit more, and run, but were not soft by any means.

They are the only 2 i can comment thus far.

I fully expect Haven to be hard at it though, as we will be.

"Winning div 7 and div 6 does not require toughness. All you have to do is not be fat and have an ounce of coordination."

shrek now you show your complete idiocy..thats is a disgraceful comment and shows your lack of knowledge of anything that doesnt fall into your backyard

scotch paid what?..best player awards are not paying players to play, or are you saying at the end of the year they worked out who got what in the b and f and they backpaid them??? if they even did pay that which i doubt, seeing as i know the president up there fairly well..so you got one player you THINK was paid to play at SPOC..you got anything else or is that it? LMAO..keep it coming..

and to answer the previous question i beleive ANYONE playing the game of football isnt soft..just for the fact they choose this game to play instead of other non contact sports etc..we are not all gary mcintosh clones just like everyone isnt a tregenza but you need all types to make up a football team..

That last bit is a great point zedman
for a team to be successful u need all types of players!!!
if u did have a team of 21 blokes that all went in and got the ball from the bottom of the pack
when they looked up they would have no one to pass it to
segulls and "soft" (i use that term loosely) players are just as vital as a 'gary mcintosh' type player!!!!
get on board the thunder train!!!

Paying 12 players over a hundred bucks, and up to $300 a game is not paying players? What planet are you on? It takes them up to the salary cap and shows how much money these clubs have to throw around. Apart from a couple of blokes at ROCs, I don't know what other college teams pay and I am only going off rumours. However rumours are sufficient for everyone else to crap on about how much teams are paying; eg Kilburn and Nth Haven.

You're right, I haven't seen div 6 and 7. I saw a div 5 GF and that was bad enough. You're right, you don't have to be tough when the other team can't lay a tackle. In a div 5 GF there were blokes 30kg overweight playing through the midfield.

You're right you do need all types for a good team and college sides don't have them. Hence the div 2 ceiling.

Punky, I see that we are the only two teams to be 1 & 1. Maybe shout you a $2 beer after the game if you are keen to stick around. The coach set a dangerous precedent for home games last week by providing "after match entertainment" hopefully it continues

I'm playing coach of our C's, so will be playing your misfits are your dunghole...
a can of bourbon per game across all 3 grades?
Ie we win 3-0, your shout for 3 cans
you win 3-0, it costs me 3 cans etc...

we aint no misfits we are on a winning streak and would like to continue

you should be able to find me on the FB line. last week if anything to go by I should be the one sitting on your Full Forwards head trying to take a hanger

we don't sell bourbon cans out of our esky so I propose that it be payable at the next Sturt/North game on June 9
