we could play our home games at a different venue each time, that would add a bit of spice to season.

well I think we would be more than happy to play you there on a Friday night - just do a deal with Kilburn that you want a cut of the bar and canteen sales

Round 6 - 15th May Blackfriars v Brahma Lodge @ St Dominics

I think

Round 6 - 14th May Blackfriars v Brahma Lodge @ Kilburn has a better ring to it 8)

we'll be playing at home by then. our major sponsor likes us playing on saturdays and celebrating our victory on saturday nights in his pub. we have a good track record on friday night games though, 2007 v golden grove rd 1 if my memory serves me correctly.

so when you beat us on a Friday night you wouldnt go back to the pub WTF

my word that will be getting fixed... 2 clubs will agree for a triple header so there will be no problem....

Can someone please post the scheduled mid season bye date? Is it the last weekend in May? Cheers.

would be good in a perfect world. But we have Flinders Park, Adelaide Uni and Port District in C5 this year. Seriously doubt they would agree to play at 10:15am as part of a triple header to any other club. But alas 12 out of 18 games as triple headers would suffice

i thought Smithfield would have gathered up a C grade in 2010? what happened there LM?

It would be pretty rough to ask for a cut of the bar when Blackfriars don't have a liquor licence themselves....

We aren't interested mate, sorry. It would be all good for the triple headers but that's about it, plus a club 2km's south of us keeps nicking our players ;) .

if we were going to ask another club to use their facilities as ours were not up to scratch for the start of the season we would not be asking for a cut of takings even if we had a liquor licence.

I know we're a bit far away but I'd imagine we'd let you run the canteen & bbq for the day and take the proceeds.
