i'm surprised that it has taken this long for Fabian to be given the boot from SAlisbury West. And at last years Semi against Walkies he was mouthing off at SAAFL officials much to the disappointment of S West club offcials

I was sitting behind the goals next to a couple of his AFL mates who were also surpised that he was still there and said that coaching this mob was doing nothing for his reputation.

I didn't hear any of the mouthing from Francis but if that is the case, it didn't take long for the culture to rub off on him.. would have expected more from someone who has played at the highest level.

Can anyone actually confirm Fabian Francis is actually no longer coaching SW? Did he resign or get the arse?

I don't think Fabian is leading by example as far as off the field at the footy club, should i say he's damaged his own reputation not only once but again recently, the captain didn't stand for it & left end of last year, now another player is going through the same thing.
Obvious reasons why i can't say any more, all i can say is very dissappointing &  .

Mate without being too harsh they were less than impressive.....Had four or five fringe players out apparently. In the dry the margin may have been a little different. By half time we had only one on the bench...lost one for the season and full forward for a couple of weeks....

I believe he got the ass & also was no means king of the place last year.
He let himself down big time, his team mates especially & the club.

Fabian has had a massive past of placing his horizontal where it shouldn't be placed; he also can be very persistant in pursuit. It is unfortunate that he used his power as coach and leader so terribly. That club will now fall even further and harder than it has already as it hovers at the bottom of Div 3. If its not one thing its the bloody other at that club lately.

Who will take the reigns now? Will the rumoured players who were leaving now stay?

Paul Jones (Docker) out for the year....ACL. Massive lost, won players player award last year and is a vice captain....absolute gem of a player/bloke...he will stay heavily involved and look after our defence in an assistant type role.
