So how is CLG lining up this year?
Do we think their is improvement from last year?
New coach?
Some big names out?
Any INS?

Scottyroo?

few ins and a few out, obviously no harvey, lost a couple more but also gained a few.
wont know how we measure up until we've played all 9 other teams i rekon, should be a very tight year from 1 down to about 6 i would say.

Apparently there might be a couple of them going to Mitchell Park. Bit of a headscratcher tho. We beat Mitchell Park by 15 goals, Brighton beat us by 27 goals last year and 60 goals the year before...so just of the top of my head thats a 42 to 75 goal WORSE team to go to...weird...

The part where you said he was a B grade player who will now play A grade without training pretty much explains it.

I know Brighton are meant to be a quality side too. Pretty sure Edwardstown boys said last year that they thought the Top 4 in SFL were equivalent to Div 1 teams.
In reality, the explanation of the seemingly difficult to understand concept of a player from Brighton wanting to come to Mitchell Park so he can play A's is...

that it simply isn't true!

There is no ex-Brighton person playing in our A grade side. That I know of anyway.

[recruitmentspeel]Any Brighton players wanting to come to Mitchell Park are more than welcome! It's a great family club. You'll love it. [/recruitmentspeel]

My understanding is they havent been down to Mitchell Park yet but they will...

Sweet. They would be more than welcome ... but should expect to train if they want an A Grade position.

Well then according to pre-season jibes they would DEFINETELY want to train for an A grade spot.

Gonna have ta crack the top off a couple of Coopers Heritage to help me sleep tonight. You've got to love the build-up to Round 1, shit-talking for months until the real stuff finally rolls around.

Lots of new faces donning the Raider guernsey in their first official match for the club tomorrow, I reckon our supporters are very excited to see these lads turn it on and wish them all the best of luck.

Finally, thanks to all fine ladies and gents who voted for the club in the Hahn Super Dry comp, you nailed us $1700 of Super Dry gear. Toot toot!

I see Craig Herrmann is named for Henley. Does anybody know if he's playing C's all year? Massive in if he is used to tear it up back in the day, I assume he's still got it?
