I would say it is complete from the date they printed it - wouldnt include those that have been refused

or the ones that will be sat on now that it has become public knowledge. those that are already sitting on some might have made the right decision to keep clubs guessing.
lots of rumours confirmed through the ones that have been accepted.
kells leaving rosewater will create a hole down back for them imo. he gave our forwards some grief last year even if it was 50m off the play :)

dont see the point on sitting on them especially if they decide to go back to their original club - very dangerous game that one ;)

ur definatly a guru Zedman ;)

I hope this isnt the only ladder we top at the end of the season :p

Heres another stat - Players that have cleared out of div 5 clubs

Smithfield 6
Elizabeth 3
Plympton 2
Rosewater 2
Hope valley 1
Blackfriars 1
Brahma Lodge 1

I know out of our 3 there is no great loss at all. Well and truly covered and them some

Also saw that Ben Halliday wasnt in the list but he is good to go. so yeah im guessin def not 100% accurate

We're screwed, 6 key position match winners, all were in our top 10 B&F, I just hope we can be competetive and avoid relegation.

but you can process it and have it accepted and then have them change their mind before they play a game and then request to be cleared back and you can't stop them. unless of course they sign a contract. but since none of the clubs pay anyone then there's no need for contracts anyway :)
