Good work Top End, nice little ploy, but really, does anyone really care ?
Its D3 footy ffs, should we hold a press conference next week, so both the coaches of Seaton and Portland can 'talk down' each others chances...

One thinks that you are dilusional there Felch. I was only speaking in the Exeter about a month ago to some of your players and think you were there from memory. If you really want to know who I am. Penny dropped has it. Not a case of talking Portland up, case of not liking Seaton much. Read my posts Felch since the beginning and you will get my drift about not being a Seaton fan and have even spoken about the Lions games in detail. Put the thinking cap on again ;) but if you want to still believe I am from Seaton then keep believing it

Not sure about the big bloke down back half tho. was not a happy camper when leaving the oval and going on about 'all the travel to play back here' seemed like a bit of disention amongst the troops even though they were wonderful smashing the cats by 26 goals. To have guys not happy campers now is not good but Felch and co will sort it out except when they play the Lions. You guys from what I saw will beat NM side by 10 goals first up. Luckily we only have kilburn and should stroll in

what the top end!!!!! no one is unhappy at portland and noboby was saturday,a couple dissapionted in there own performances but what a load of crap that someone reckon that.have spoken to a few players and a half back player and are all happy, and 26 goals, try 14 goals, all are trying hard to push for places in the first round, unless you where in there sfter the game stop talking crap, all is positive at the ports and are just trying to make the finals this year.

Talk is cheap & this bloke should know better than to shoot his gob off like he does.
I can't believe he has a role at Pt Magpies!!!

No Mercy it seems no one is allowed to have an opinion unless its the same as yours..
In relation to shooting your gob off, there is a saying about a black pot or kettle or something...

By all means everyones entitled to their opinion whether they agree or diagree with mine, i believe this bloke was typically very drunk the night he bumped into this Seaton person so it doesn't surprise me what comes out his mouth.

You were very respected as a player No Mercy, but you are embarrassing yourself these days. I notice you posted the above message late on Thursday night after being at Seaton FC watching the footy and sinking alot of cans.
I made the comment about Portlands midfield whilst having dinner with your contact, and he asked where do you think Portland will beat us, and i said they have recruited well in the midfield so i think thats where they will beat you.
So its hardly bumping into him, and its hardly slagging off your midfield, but lets not let facts get in the middle of your story.
Also i have no idea who Top End is, so pull your head in.

just made in bold and underlined a few of your statements in this last post top end that i think are not full of fact. we are far from big up forward appart from coppins who is our CHF and he is only 6 foot 2, the rest are pretty much resting onballers that are around 5 foot 11. secondly we won by 21 goals not 26, thirdly saying we will smash seaton is a strange one as we played a side on saturday that are in a div lower than us and in my oppinion may struggle down there and your making statements like that. and finally those final words can really come back and bite you on the ass, so im inclined to ask how closely you were watching our game saturday

I was going to ask where you got the big blokes up forward - thought you must have brought some back in this week. I saw Coppo (I must have grown if he's 6'2") and the young FF who was probably 6'2" and the rest were under 6'.

Anyone mouthing off like Top End is usually just trolling and I reckon NM doesn't have to look any further than 3' to his right

you might be right on coppo but i was pretty confident he is about 6'1 or 6'2.
and it turn out you were right about lippo playing in the goal square last week,
i forgot all about him. it was chris lipson younger brother of tom and he is about 6'3.
your on the ball jimmy ;)

You're probably right on that one - I saw a bloke on crutches that I assumed was Lippo - had a cast on his lower leg - ankle IIRC

Jimmy you seem to get to match trial games - I've seen Para Hills & Seaton play (against Virginia on Sat) and both look to have some strong bodies and set for good seasons. How do you think the teams coming up from Div 4 will handle the bigger bodies - I'm hoping Jarman will have the experience to teach CBC how to prepare but I'm not sure about your team, haven't seen or heard too much of him since I have been taking an interest in Amateur league so good luck this year.

Not sure I understand sheeds - Is Amateur League like underage footy where the bodies get bigger as you go up through the grades? :?

But you are right - we are already planning for Div 4 next year.....
