Is it the same coach that lead them to div 6 but for a strange turn of fortune?

It is rumoured that the great Ben Halliday will be returning to the eagles to help their new coach out...

Nice work zed! Showing lots of faith in the players there!

Seeing as Kenilworth only missed out on 8th by a game their coach must have been pretty good as he almost did what Pagan and Sheedy couldn't have done.

i am a realist shrek not a dreamer and so are most the players, our group struggled no doubt when 6 of the top 7 players the year before dont play it is always going to be hard..we were div 6 standard this year and thats an honest appraisal which none of the players would deny

Yes, fully agree with you there zed, this year in div 5 felt like an arm wrestle, the whole year we were hanging on, only to drop our guard against centrals out there late in the year. Some promising signs for 09 though, cant wait to get bck into it. :)

Is that Shayne Mitchell?
He is a travelling coach that is looking for the next pay cheque, he is lucky to last more than 2 years at a club.

I figured going on the last 6 trips, having a 6 months pregnant wife and having to attend the HIA awards tonight were enough reasons not to go this year! Nothing a game of poker, beers and the caulfield guineas at barta's won't make up for though.

I am wearing my guernsey today as well, so i'm with the boys in spirit. Just don't tell the team manager!! :D
