No one would get within 6-7 goals of Brighton on a good day. SFL top end teams right now aren't as strong as they have been in the past but they'd comfortably account for Eastern Park.

Agree. It's commonplace for SAAFL peeps to completely underestimate the strength of the SFL.LaughingKookaburra wrote:Hackham and Marion would smash div 7 teams. All they would have to do is recruit the better talent from SFL reserves clubs and splash out a little cash. Seriously try putting Salisbury West, Flinders Uni ect against Athelstone, Broadview, SPOC every 2 weeks. They would get smashed by at least 30 goals on their best day, when they have been doing it non stop for 10 years it would be more than 40 goals.I wouldn't be shocked to see them competing well in div 5 within 3-4 years now they finally have some hope. Morphy Parks I reckon would be a good divs 5 side but could push div 3 if they recruit well.

Brighton would dominate D4 and Hackham / Marion would be pretty easy winners in D7 most weeks.
Hackham and Marion need to be D6 minimum and Brighton D3 minimum.

I'd rate Great Southern better than Barossa Light personally.
