cappa and myself were and are not teachers at blacks.
i liked the fact that my name was in the only photo our club featured in and i've never played a game for bosfc.
i sent an email when we were asked who the players were in the photos earlier this year.

disappointing.

I don't think there's any recipes in it.

Bought a copy last night at the club

Shadiac led the way to approaching equally exciting horizons with Thebarton Oval with the support of the executive

Funny - someone I know who was on the exective at the time may have a different version of that little bit history

Sounds to me as if it might be the "Centenary Book of Mistakes". That's not a bad title really.

Who are those guys in Div 3 masquerading as CBCOC?

The book related CBCOC jumped D3 by rising from Div 4 in 2009 to Div 2 in 2010

Must have sat around drinking beer for 6 years until they rejoined in 2000

That's probably not far from the truth Jimmy!!
We did go out to CLG for a couple of years and try to merge with them. When they said "far cough" we did and took all their players and coach to form our own club.
That's the sort of stuff that should be in the book...

I was disappointed to find in the book that my individual honour achieved in 2008 has been recorded under a supposed made up name !!! Suppose I'll have to change my name by deed poll to match 'history'.....
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
