Whyalla Teams Ins and Outs

Im wondering if anyone has heard correct Ins and Outs for teams in 2009?
The follow is what i have heard
SOUTHS
Outs - Shane Cox,Michael Buckskin,Andy Martin,Troy Miller,Thomas Colson,Reggie Reid
Ins - None
CENTRALS
Outs - Matt Holmes
Ins - None
ROOPENA
Outs - None
Ins - Matt Oliver,James Van Hoof,Peter Usher
NORTHS
Outs - None
Ins - Matt Quist,Tim Hogg,Russell Tucker
WESTS
Outs - Kingsley Ware
Ins - Dwayne Colson
WEEROONA BAY
Outs - None
Ins - Reggie Reid,Thomas Colson
I have heard that the bays have signed a few players from the Eastern Eyre League but havent heard any names.Also heard that Simon Nowak could go to the bays but havent heard this to be confirmed.
If you know of any ins and outs from each team add to the list above.

James Van Hoof at Roopena is interesting one is I thought he would play at South Augusta this year even he was working in Whyalla.

I see Matt Oliver has turned up for the BIGGER bucks at Roopena. He's had more clubs than he's had clean undies too.
Must be trying to outdo the infamous Marc Cox by being at nearly every club in SA.
