A number of years ago Freeling in the Barrosa comp had a group of loyal supporters, who were very vocal from the sidelines, but they sang more like at an English football game than Aussie Rules. Still remember them as a group singing "were singing in the rain, what a glorious day...etc etc" Even as an oppostion supporter it was great to hear. Now you hardly hear boo out of them unfortunately, not a big support base anymore, too many imports?? Not sure who has the biggest support base in the Barossa comp..probably Barossa or Tanunda at the mo

In the Riverland, Berri probably has the biggest and most vocal supporter base.
A bunch of vocal red and blue clad supporters always sit out front of the footy club and are loud as hell all day.
Either them or the drunk idiots out the front of the Renmark footy club (which I have been on many occasions).

Does 'Animal' still stand behind the goals at every Paringa game.

Back in the 90's when I played at Glencoe in the Mid South East our supporters were very loyal and vocal. The clubrooms was set back up away from the ground but next to the change rooms which were right at the ground level was a terraced area with a BBQ and bar shed behind it known as "Can Hill" where all the loud and liquored could stand metres from the oval.

In fact most clubs in the MSEFL had good supporters who travelled to all the away games and several clubs had bars set up away from the club rooms to seperate the canteen with its mums & kids to the lads wanting a beer, BBQ and barrack.
