Is there prize money on offer? Easy few quid for Gaza there. It will be interesting to see how the SFL teams and Gawler South go and what standard they compare to in the amateurs.

I actually think we (Portland) have been graded pretty kindly - not that i think division 3 will be easy, but i believe we could compete ok in division 2.

Looking forward to the carnival though. Interesting that we will play Blackfriars twice in 4 weeks.

Probably take around 30 at this stage. We actually have more blokes available than we thought we would. We are confirming our numbers tomorrow night at training so i will let you know later. It will be a mainly a mixture of A and B grade, with some C graders too, i think.

Leonard is going, and i will do my best to make sure he plays in your general vicinity

Interesting to see Gawler South have been placed in Div 1...

I hear limited numbers have been on the track and they may be nursing a spanked behind on the bus ride back from Loxton...
Tim Clarke was the #1 player in the AFL

From past experiences I would have rated the Sunraysia FL a lot stronger than the BLGFA.

Played a couple of trials a few years ago against Adelaide Uni (A1), South Mildura (Sunraysia) and Kapunda (BLGFA). Back then Sunraysia were on par with A1, whether it is still the same or not I dont know but I couldn't imagine Sunraysia slipping back that far.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

Serious ? What reason ?

The draw had been done, so it will be interesting to see what happens with that. Im sure the divisions will get reshuffled.

How are Port Noarlunga in Division 2 when they made a Preliminary Final in the SFL last year? Happy Valley are in Div 1 and didn't make it that far... Gaza will shit Division 1 in up there.

Harder to pick down the bottom with most teams not taking an A Grade, it's usually a mixture of blokes who are available to play, with work/family/other sporting commitments taking up weekends in March. Portland should win Division 3 though if they have half their A Grade there.

I wouldnt be concerned about Port Noarlungabeing in div 2,im more surprised the teams from the sunraysia f.l being in div 2.Would think they might be too good for Porties surely from what I have witnessed up there.
