Leith Dawes has been a great stalwart of the club, and has stuck with the club through thick and thin. A great player.

Not many players in the competition at his age are still getting plenty of the ball. Im sure that Leith Dawes said the same thing about the bloke he stood at Hahndorf earlier in the year when they belted them by 25 goals.

anyone who has played 250+ A grade games whatver the side is like has to be someone you can respect. also having won multiple best and fairests and coached the club i find it unneccesary and disrespectful to be bagging someone of such high status. you might sound tough dale and silky but im sure put the football in your vacinity and you will be taking a step back looking for the easy give out the back. back off hfl legends and try get a kick yourself

Silky, we all have allegiances here.
But I have given credit to other players that I've seen play well, from other teams.
You and Dale haven't seen or known much HFL if you're bagging those brothers.
Credit to you other guys for your comments, as I too belive that they're still finding the ball and have stuck with the club that's had some lean times.
Silky Skills - you've been a peanut from the start, highlighted by your uneducated comments. But like you said, you're entitled to them.
On the other hand, don't bag me for mine.
I don't like a lot of opinions, but it's a forum. I wouldn't leave it for that reason. You're always welcome to bag other teams on other forums...just see how you go, mate.
You don't have Silky Skills...probably more a case of 'sweaty palms'.

Ball magnet. What is your mail on Rapper's question on the "Rumour" forum? Successful coach in Hills narrows the field.

SS ... thank you for your compliments ... successful coach in Hills eh? ... there are only 2 A-grade premierships up for grabs each season, so may be success doesn't necessarily mean that he led a title side ... maybe good at making clubs competitive ... the name of a former Panther and Thunderer mentor has been openly mentioned to coach the Tailem Eagles, but I believe he may find another 'nest' ... perhaps another past Hills coach, who actually has had a past history with the Eagles may be the subject of your query?

KB? Could be a possibility although his time is limited these days i believe. Or maybe you mean the current Mypolonga coach, who coached TB about 5 years ago..

Big fan of this forum just decided to join as I watch the Hills with great interest - 1 thing I kno everyone loves this Adam Trzesinski whats the deal here granted he must be a good player but is he going to be in a position of power in SA becuase everyone is up his arse.....

The highly anticipated game Mt Lofty vs Uraidla where is this being played?

T. White - is this Travis White previously of Broadview n North Adelaide? If so M.L. have one of the best players running around in lower ranks that should be kicking goals at AFL level or at least SANFL level. Watched Tavis last year for Broadview - GUN!!!!

I heard Ross Wait is out for a couple of weeks with a severe virus.

Travis White is North Adelaide via Broadview.

Trigger gets alot of attention cause everyone gives it to him. Still I bet we would be lying if we said you wouldn't have him in your team.

Trigger, great player, nice guy and great team man, he is also the assistant coach for the A's at Lofty.

The game is being played at the cabbage patch. Its going to be tight, if its wet Mt Lofty will win, if its dry then I might have to back the cabbages.

And yes, it is the Travis White from North Adelaide. Brilliant player, deserves a little more recognition, but thats tough when you have as many big names as the devs do.

I think all clubs have spent their fair share of $$$ on players and I think Mt lofty had every right to. Why sit down the bottom of the ladder? They got 3 or 4 recruits last year mde the finals and many past jnrs have returned to the club. Good for the league that mt lofty are competitive. I think Bridgey will have to do the same to stay alive.
