WCP
the rumour about Roo was around in May it was Supposedly going to be v Waybacks on the 17th July.
I talked to Mark Milton about it and he said it was BS they've never even seen Roo out at Ravendale.
His point was that a one off really wasnt a big deal however if the guy was keen to play the whole
season it would be a different matter or maybe spend some time with the young guys to pass on some
tips.

Wouldn't both sides have to agree to the change of venue or do the PLFL have the power to tell the clubs where they will go?
Why didnt bostons move their last match to a Friday night underlights at the bigger stadium to accomodate the return to football of westcoastpanther?

Would have thought not. When he wanted to play a coupla years ago he wasn't allowed to cos he had been cleared earlier to Portland I think it was. I am not sure if 2 years is long enough ago seeing he would not have played for them in that time. But the overriding factor IMO is that Port Maggies just wouldn't let him.

Old news BTB but nevertheless true. Understand he played his 1st game for them last week. Had not played for us all year and I believe we understood him to be not interested which unfortunately has been an issue for awhile now, having had to be talked into playing last year.
Supertalented lad, whom I personally ranked as one of the best best junior potentials in this league for many a year. Has all the skills. Injury and sickness held him up a lot and together with his lack of desire to play footy, we may never get to see the best of him. Definitely SANFL potential with the right attitude and maybe higher.
I understand a mate was playing for Cougars and assume he was once again talked into playing and why not try something different.
