The question that really needs to be answered here is who are you all getting your info from? I've read some poo on here but this is right up there. Anyone who has half an idea would know that Jervois have got very little money to be offering in the first place. Pretty much the same situation as many other country clubs. Half of these figures that we all here of have been cooked up by either the player themself to drive up their price on the market or some sideline hero who really has no idea about what's happening with their own life let alone recruiting.[/quote]

I've heard the two love boys are onboard but yet to complete a training with the main group,?? Also heard many good things about josh hand so sounds like he will be very handy for the bluds.

How many training sessions would Jervois have had? I thought Hand had decided to stay in the ammo's?

Pretty sure you'll find that the Love boys and Hand all attended the same school and the Jervois coach taught them. Hand will be very very handy one would think. The love boys are capable of being very damaging if they are switched on. Pretty sure they have been to a few sessions and performed well by all accounts. Guess all will be revealed when the real stuff gets underway.

Just wondering how did Motlop and McLeod go in the RMFL in 2012? and are both returning to Meningie in 2013?

And what were the impressions of Motlop as a coach?

Went alright. Motlop was injured most of the year and didnt have a huge impact on the field. Coaching wise was a breath of fresh air for the club. Obviously knows his footy well and whilst he might seem quiet to outsiders id say hes working into his role well and will be much better for the experience last year. Expect him to be fit and firing this year and if thats the case look out RMFL ;)

How good is Mannum's side going to be...

Postby Bustarhyme » Wed Jan 16, 2013 1:21 pm

If all I've heard and read is true it would be fair to say that Mannum will be the pace setters in the RMFL this season. Hall, Mueller, Sheedy, Clayton, Bowen, Harvey and Pech are absolute quality and would be sought after by all but every country club. I'm very interested to see how they go coz I got a sneaky suspicion that Ramblers will be around the mark and I don't think that Imperials will be too pleased with their finals campaign in 2012 and will be looking to redeem themselves. Can anyone shed any light on how the other clubs are fairing? Mypo will surely still be very competitive as for Tailem, Jervois and Menengie what's the thoughts?

Have heard imps aren't recruiting and have opted to employ a full time personal trainer at the club to help every individual in there own set program. Find it hard to believe that they won't recruit still

Motlop received multiple yellow cards. Not ideal as a playing coach.

Bit of tall poppy syndrome in it. As ive said he will be much better for the experience last year. Our umpires can be a little precious at times

Caramels I've noticed hand is from your neck of the woods so you should have a fair idea of what he's been offered, one would think.

Always miss a few! Margitich and Pfieffer will be big losses for Ramblers if true. It all seems very quiet across the road, any info at Imps?

Both Sam and Alex Pfeiffer are in NSW living with their mother however as far as I know both plan on coming back over winter. A lot of course could change with work etc tho, they live in a coastal town so i'm sure they will love it over summer but wont have the same perks in the middle of winter

Margitich is having a crack in town, so we'll have to wait and see how he goes on that one

Ins should include Tyson Matthews and Mark Marchetti, unsure how affective Chetts will be after coming back from a second knee op but Tyson has dropped a heap of weight and got himself fit so hopefully he can make an impact in the A's rather than plodding around in the ressies every now and then like last year
