Should be a belter next week, would be surprised if Barossa didnt try something to curb Mercer, if he kicks 8 again the Tiges will win, hold him to 4 or 5 and the Dogs will claim the flag.
Next week
A Grade - Centrals v Barossa
B Grade - Centrals v Barossa
U17 1/2's - South v Central
U15's - Angaston v Barossa
Fair effort by Barossa and Central to have 3 grades in the GF.
With only 4 clubs represented on the day will the attendance be down?
Good luck to all

I don't know RR, it will be just like a Centrals home game, do they get many to them?

Never anyone there when we play them. Not sure if they get bigger crowds for Gawler derbies or other sides though.
Mind you we cant get more than a handfull of diehards anymore

From what i hear even the Gawler derbies don't come close to the greyhound crowd on a Sunday afternoon ;)
Think they have taken a hit to their crowd numbers since the Grandstand has been decommissioned

Footy & Netty team reps on Grand Final Day - Every club has at least 1 football/netball side represented on the day, which is great to see! Could've been more even in a perfect world, but good work to the dominant clubs, success doesn't come easily ;)

Angaston (2) - Junior Colts, Senior 3
Barossa (4) - A Grade, B Grade, Junior Colts, Senior 7
Central (7) - A Grade, B Grade, Senior Colts, Senior 4, Senior 6, Junior 1, Junior 2
Freeling (2) - Senior 7, Junior 1
Kapunda (2) - Senior 2, Sub Junior 3
Nuriootpa (1) - Sub Junior 2
South (4) - Senior Colts, Senior 1, Inter 1, Inter 2
Tanunda (3) - Sub Junior 1, Sub Junior 2, Sub Junior 3
Willaston (10) - Senior 1, Senior 2, Senior 3, Senior 4, Senior 5, Senior 6, Inter 1, Inter 2, Junior 2, Sub Junior 1

Aaron Bevis collected his 5th South Gawler B&F, quite possible he could play for another 2 or 3 years to catch Eddie Schwerdt's 7.

Well done to the young man, but can't be mentioned in the same breath as Eddie.

I've been reliably informed there are only a handful of tickets left for the marquee on GF day. Great weather for Miss Universe viewing...

Congrats to the Angaston Junior Colts, premiers for 2013.
First junior premiership of any kind in at least 30 years

Congrats to the South Gawler Senior Colts who won their 4th flag in 5 years today.
Centrals have now been runner up 5 times in last 6 years.
B Grade is now into extra time after scores were locked at full time

Day panning out just beautifully so far, just one more to go.

Have heard regardless of the result of the A Grade Gawler Central will have a new coach next year.
Has close ties to the club and shares the surname of a former GC coach and is a multiple premiership coach, bleeds yellow and black
