Why would anyone be against giving a club someone to play footy against so they don't fold? Surely not just because they don't want to travel or don't want a bye.
Don't be scared. Now is not the time!

Ramco - No, because it was their idea (moving to Indy's) first.
Wunkar - No, because they are already the Bulldogs.
East Murray - No, because they will lose the players who came from BSR and the ones they will get from BSR if they go somewhere else or fold.
Brown' Well - No, long way from out the back of Peebinga to Swan Reach.
Moorook - No, finishing eighth is better than ninth.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

I reckon you could bet that the SANFL/SACFL will tell these clubs that IT WILL happen and no correspondence will be entered into.
They are not in the habit of taking this sort of thing lying down.

Be interesting to see some people's reactions if, for example, Pinnaroo decided it was keen to join the RFL due to the MFL folding, or seeking an extra challenge.

Not sure about the dancing but I'll back up RB's assessment.
Ran me ragged in my first game back in the Big League this year.
Now there's a challenge!

this is crap, id be careful saying things like this without an official comment from the clubs because moorooks position on BSR wasnt 8th is better than 9th and i resent the implication it was. get your facts straight before you start dribbling shit.

The SANFL have called a special meeting with all indy clubs Monday nite.
It looks like they are going to overturn the decision
And rightly so

what is the current structure you don't agree with? I have no idea what the league has put forward, so would be interesting to hear.

If you guys wondering about points system, go into SANFL website, community football league Regulations, right at the bottom of that document gives an example of approved player points system. I think it is a tad out of date however no mention of residential/occupational status there. Clubs need take into account coppers or teachers turning up start of the year when deciding how many points to recruit to.
I was of the understanding that SANFL have a standard system in all leagues now however I cant find exactly what the details are on their website. If any one has a decent link to it, please post it because I would really like to read the most up to date player points system.
