Simon who??? Can never remember him having an impact on this league and doubt he ever will. I agree the plumb job in the league would have to be at Ramblers. Can only see them getting stronger.

Totally agree, the bloke was never a star 6-7 years ago in this league and from memory he plays in an average league nowadays (dont ask me where)

If he is there knight in shining armour, they are in trouble. Bloke had probably been on the piss since 10am GF day and cant even remember saying he will come back

These were my thoughts. Consider myself fairly up to speed with most leagues and have never heard of this bloke.

Player losses are expected from more 0 point players, which will just put us back in the pack as we can't replace them - no b graders and no u 17's. Going to be a grim couple of years for Mannum unfortunately.

Mypo will be devastated to lose these players, if true and like us have use points and dollars to replace them :-({|=

FYI PB our under 17 numbers should be a lot better next year with many under 15 s coming up and only one leaving under 17s. Reserves will be interesting but we hope with a new coach we can entice some players back and hopefully improve on this season.

I can confirm that Clayton has signed with Mannum, but will not be divulging any other player statuses at this time.

Got my attention putting Simon and impact in the same sentence.
This bloke is second rate compared to the real one.
For every one I miss I am closer to a hole in one.

the lid is well and truly secure at the moment, too early to be making calls and getting excited, just happy to have clayton and a few others recommit for the 2013 cause.

Rumours at this point:

Mypo: Eckermann, Bartlett, Schar, Albrechtsen, Robinson leaving. Reported few 'unknowns' returning - hardly the caliber of these guys.
Tailem: Wark, McDonald, Sharples, Sumner leaving. Don't expect Bowen to hang around either. Tailem are in BIG trouble.
Jervois: Ladhams x2 gone. No other rumours circulating.
Mannum: Will Tonkes, Hales, Bowles and Ribbons stay? Signed Clayton.
Meningie: King reported to have been sacked. McLeod gone. No other news?
Imps: Wait to Paskerville continues to be discussed in circles. Sumner to Imps.
Ramblers: Sykes, Girardi, Button, Dougall and others rumoured to be returning. No player losses to speak of at this point.

Wait will not go next year it will be the year after. Hales Bowles and Tonkes will stay they owe the club a bit they are far better than they performed last year and i guess they would, and should, prove a point to the doubters in this league.
