Just some info on a former coach in the riverland fl is that past premiership coach of Waikerie - Darren Dean has been appointed this past fortnight as non-playing coach of Millicent fc in the Western Boerder fl.

He came back to the south east this season to coach his club that he started as a junior in the mid se league - Mt burr; for which he took them to a premiership.
A couple of off feild incidents over the year w players behaviour & goings on culminating in a incident that happened gf night, opened up a new chapter & challenge in Dean's coaching career.
He then was sought out by the wb saints and happily signed in the last two weeks, in a recent print media article on his signing he made no bones about coaching in the best available competition.
On which the WBFL is, between the other neighbouring leagues in the kowrie naracoorte tatiara fl & the mid se.

Although not released to the media yet, Millicent have retained the services of first yr assist coach formally from the sunraysia fl in mildura in Troy Hosking and have also signed this past week Matt Bryant from Robe in the mid se and has played previously in Whyalla and was on South Adl's senior list before that.

Where from? Give us a name then.

Lippis has already played for Berri hasn't he.

About 3 times ! one good rule in the BLG is the one where a club can refuse a clearance for someone going to a rival club in the same league. Puts an end to intraleague poaching pretty quick and discourages those guys who have an ambition to play for every club in the area or go to the highest bidder from year to year.

My first thoughts were Lippis. Don't know how he would get on with Hankin. With the new point system would he be points.

Have heard that Kym Sampson, Damien Heinieke and Rob Smythe will try out for Berri next year! Kimmy should make the 1's. Not sure about the other 2.

Smyth might. Doubt Heinicke would. Bloke's got pace to burn but doesn't have the skills of the other two.

Anyone heard anything from the Lyrup camp. Heard there could be a couple of options
for coach. I suppose that would be if they get quourm this week end. Even with their problems be shame to see them go under. They had been a very proud club

If Heinicke didn't make A Grade couldn't see him playing under Hayes as he was p...ed over not getter a run in Indie Centenery team. Did not make himself available for interleague - was this because Hayes was then coach?

From what I saw, he was average. He may have played well against the other teams though.
