Colin Smith's Father was unfortunately killed on Wednesday night when the bicycle he was riding was hit by a car on Victor Harbour Rd at Old Noarlunga.

Agood roll up at Moana last night.
A lot of work in the water. It was pretty funny watching the guys doing sit ups an press ups in the shallows.
A couple of crazy guys were doing cartwheels ....(A MUM)
The juniors are putting in a strong effort. Their level of fitness is pretty good.
The old timers, Moll and Doddy are doing a good job
Young Sparto is looking pretty fit.

Wednesday night at the beach again. MASLINS
The guys requested that we go back to Maslins to give the optic nerves a work out.

Good to see Col Smith out at training, and he seems to be coping OK

Yep, can imagine
Doesn't take after me that's for sure..lol.

Yes A Son mentioned some juniors who've been making appearances.
That is really fantastic.
And great that the seniors are welcoming them out there with open arms.

Also on juniors, great to hear that young Tyron has been training/is back training after breaking his leg last year =D>

Yes it is good to see him out. He struggled a bit up the stairs last week, with a bit of pain near the break, so will probably keep off them
on Wed Night if the pain returns. Had a fair dinkum dip during Panther ball
