Horseshoe Bay on Tuesday and Goolwa Beach on Thursday! Looks like the conditions will be spot on

Training again tonight guys.

Meeting at Market Square Park, Old Noarlunga.

Hopefully that cloud cover comes over again, like it did last night
To ease conditions off a bit.

Been telling 'A son' to drink plenty of water yesterday and today !!
I hope Hilly and Dale take it a little bit easy on you all.

pretty sure we will be doing the steps at maslins and the hill at old noarlunga will be done in a few weeks im sure
who ever thought of the saying winning isn't everything, probably lost!!

about 43 out again down at maslins only had to do the steps once due to the heat but that was more than enough for me, next time down there will be the races up there, training was still pretty tough though, but good on the blokes who did rock up cos it would have been real easy to stay home instead
