What is the story behind Eckerman's injury MR FOOTYEAD? is it serious?

Back just in time for the Mannum game mate!

Anzac i am not a hater of Mannum!! i was simply trying to find out if Sharples played i now know Mcdonald did. Mannum on their day are as good as anyone exept Imps, but as i stated are they getting better, i would imagine the new players at Mannum would take some time to find their feet as does any new player in this league.

Rumour has it that Imperials are changing their guernsey back to the old lace up front style to fit the needs of the players every increasing head size.

Bit harsh on the players there Chester but some of their supporters on here certainly could do with the lace ups.

There could (and should) be a riot this year against the RMFL if Meningie finish 5th (although I predict they'll be top 3). If they do finish 5th and play McLeod on zero points its a disgrace. The league should have said he can play zero points during the year but come finals he's 4 or 5 or whatever. Its a game changing inclusion considering the amount of kids we have in this league, petrified to be playing their first finals game. A. Mcleod would be worth 10 players in a finals atmosphere.

How are Meningie playing McLeod on zero points? When they had to play 3 colts on the wk end to fit him in??

If Mannum beat them this week they may be too far behind to get second so 3rd considering they have beaten Ramblers and Mypo now. Call me crazy but my ladder end of year will look like this:

Imperials

Mannum
Meningie
Ramblers
Mypo

Tailem
Jervois

If you've got kids that are petrified about playing finals footy after a season of A'grade footy then you need to get a new bunch of kids!!
Personally I'd want my young blokes to rise to the occasion, he's one bloke for god sake! Clip him behind the ear at the first bounce and whisper to him that that's going to happen all day. There's not cameras at country footy matches so I'd be more worried about being pulverized by a local giant than showcasing off in front of kids.

I actually had a couple of former champions of the game tell me that they were fearful for their safety comnig back to play ameatures because everyone wants to tear their heads of and claim a scalp so maybe the door swings both ways and we're all scardy cats.

Just can't win with you hahahahahahaah he wont be the last champ to suit up for big bucks in the RMFl regardless of if he gets clipped, wins a mail medal or breaks a bloody leg! One minute you dont want them, then you do, then everyone should have one or its not fair, then he shouldn't [play finals unless this or that, then the league are meanies! Shit mate, you blokes just need to get on with making your own cattle the best they can be no matter who they suit up against.

Doubt it, there would have been, more recent talk of it if he was.

Seems he may be playing a game in the Barossa League a little bit later in the season.
