Not sure if it's only might thoughts but taking the best two players out of any side is going to have a big effect on any result.

I'm sure Morris and Fuller (c), Warren and Hobbs(w), Schmidt and Cox(s) would be sorely missed and cost there respective sides victories.

You can only play with the players that are available to you on any given day.

And Elf to answer your question Schmidt is a gun there isn't alot that he can't do.

Also I heard on a grape vine that people at south are treating struck like they treated anno while he was coaching which lead to a massive drop in form a couple of years ago. Last year they made a massive improvement but now in a similar postion. Wonder if the cause of this issue is a bloke who played at cooper pedy last year and came back to the club this year.

News to me. Rumours, especially footy rumours, usually get blown out of proportion. It's business as usual at Fern St.

The Blame Game is a terrible part of football which shouldnt be played!! i think its a bit harsh blaming one person from coober pedy for the mighty bulldogs form slump, it is un fair and un warrented. theres 21 players on the field not 1 and its not like 20 guys are playing amazing and 1 letting the team down. like all forms of sport new coaches with fresh ideas, new game styles and a few fresh faces come teething problems and growing pains, but in this case i think in the end the team and club will be better for it like a certain team showed last season . it may seem a short season with only 17 rounds, but from start to end of those 17 it is a long and winding road with 8 rounds left its about peeking at the right time!
For the love of the game

Team has not change too much from last year with couple of new faces but expect south to make top 4. What hinting is, i heard is people have hiden agendas behind close doors and the rumours are similiar to the 2009 season. I guess that is club politics.

Hey dudes, first post

What is the top 4 likely to be this year, Squids, Centrals, Westies, South?

Have moved away from Pirie, used to play 18s for them and a couple of Bgrade games a few years ago. Still go back to Pirie fairly often to watch the mighty Bullldogs play, got the carnival on this weekend though....

How great is it to see the Hollywood Lions on the bottom of the ladder, hope they enjoy their spoon.

Welcome to the footy fold squids. I suppose you played at Wandearah Road with Brady Puddy and those blokes huh?

Used to live on Wandearah Road haha,

yep played for the Squids.

Didn't play in the same team as Brady, he would of been A's/B's when I was playing 18s'. I played 18s from 05 to 08, lost three grandfinals in a row :(

From what I read in the paper , in the 18s I would of played with current Agraders: Smith, Tobin, Hutchison, Hall, Treloar, Stephens,

know most of the other Agraders as well, except for the new guys like Neary, Vlahov, Underwood.
