I see in the clearances that a bloke from whyalla has applied for a clearance to solomontown. Cameron Edey. He may be a forward?

You have an obvious interest in not only this bloke but also Solomontown you wouldn't be coaching the Cats by any chance??

Ha Ha not at all. i will keep you guessing as i have done to others on this site! :) just have an interest in all the player movements as i believe money in football has made the competition worse off in my opinion. I could be wrong but thats the way i see it.

nice work 7-Dog. I think your individual ratings are worthy of mention in the Trans! Or at least the Budget.
I really hope the Duckster can get a good group together and make some noise on the footy ground on July 9/10.
By the way, which one of you blokes is Bob Boston's love child?

Oh yeah I am a Boston fan no worries. His record is amazing - especially at Ports when he took them out of the wilderness.
Dunno why Duck Davies got the nod for the NZ job again - he really failed badly at Berri last year. Yet he is a bloody good bloke too - just probably not a zone coach which is nothing to be ashamed of.

yes i agree totally. Duck is an absolut gentleman but unfortunately unlike his playing days he cannot coach im afraid and i think his record speaks for itself. maybe nobody else wanted to coach the n.z side. and lions apart from ashley dunkley have no one involved with there club that could do any better.

Scott Brand should get the job. Two premierships as coach of Southern Flinders. ask Matty Woolford or either of the Edson brothers what they think of him. Best tactical coach I've seen for a while. not afraid to pull moves and step on toes. Doesn't miss a trick onfield. Match day preparation and pre-match tactical discussions and wind-ups in the rooms can be heart-stopping with intensity. His problem is NAFA hierarchy don't dig him much. There's always blokes sitting in armchairs who let their opinions get in the way of progress.

Centrals should win a little easier IMHO, say by 30
and in the other two games they should be close.
When in doubt the home team, South & Solly by a goal!
Will Solly have any new names- Edey from Whyalla kicks goals and put in for clearance but was named on Sporting pulse for W/Bay on weekend so would be doubtful I would say.
Or will any leave SGL teams.....

A closer result against Ports than last time but still disappointing. We gave them the ball too often and being the good side that they are, they made us pay for our mistakes. Neary & Burford good players, take them out and I reckon we would have won by 5 goals.
